Excellent location, its approx 3 minutes from Bussy St Georges RER station and is easily signposted. The area has lots of amenities and also very close to Disneyland Paris. Lovely check in completed by the staff who tailored them to my needs. I always try and speak in the local language however they aided me very confidently in english as well if needed. Room was very tastefully designed and had all required amenities. I like the provision of the refillable water including sparkling. Bed was super comfy and supportive. My only notes would be to provide firmer pillows too as i do prefer them with a soft one on top and to be mindful that it is located in an area with some traffic (not hotels fault and they actually do support you if needed) Excellent base for travellers and Disney fans alike!

Everything was great – service, welcome, etc. – except for two things: 1. I was told to park in the car park but it was full 2. When I asked for some water, I was told to take a jug and help myself from a fountain in the hallway. I’m sorry, but that’s not the level of service I expect. And frankly, I’ve had enough of these token eco-friendly gimmicks – it’s getting ridiculous.

An excellent choice for a family Disneyland trip! I'd done a lot of research in finding an ideal base for 3 nights near Disney - the official Disney hotels seemed either too expensive or poor quality for what I wanted to pay, and we were keen to avoid the chaos of shuttle buses at peak times. In all regards the Mercure was the perfect solution... modern, trendy, and relaxing. It's only 2 stops on the RER A, €2.50 for adults and you can conceivably make it from your room to Disneyland security in around 15 mins, which I imagine beats a lot of the cheaper Disney options. The RER station is just across the park from the hotel, with trains every few minutes. Our family room was perfect, two double beds and space for all our things with a little lobby area for the pram etc. They also had a games room for the kids downstairs if they needed a little distraction. Staff were welcoming and great with the children. Special mention to Soben in the restaurant for breakfast, whose smile and energy was an extension of the Disney experience! Breakfast itself was good quality and plentiful, and again a relaxed affair with a nice mix of families and business people. Bussey St George itself was really pleasant, with shops, bakeries and restaurants on its doorstep. Free secure parking in the basement was really useful as well. They are doing some building work in the adjacent square, but this was no bother and I imagine will be a nice addition once completed. All in all I can highly recommend... The small extra distance to Disneyland will reward you and your wallet, whilst providing a really pleasant place to relax after busy days at the parks.

We had a really nice stay at Mercury Marne la Vallée. Me and a friend spent 2 days at Disneyland and the hotel is in a great location! The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and clean. The staff was really friendly, they were able to accommodate a longer stay and even give us an upgrade the second night. Breakfast was delicious and very extensive and, if you decide not to take breakfast, there is a great local bakery across the street! Would deffinitely come back!

A brilliant family friendly hotel with great links to Disney, Val d’europe and central Paris.

Really friendly, quiet, relaxing and well appointed hotel. Very close to RER station. Great access to Disney, Val D’Europe and central Paris. Wonderful breakfast! My one comment would be to ensure enough mugs and towels for the number of guests in a room (seems to be an issue with Accor hotels in general!!!) - but this was easily rectified at this hotel.
