Very bad experience! Reason - works from autumn without prior info to guests! Only few rooms have it. I asked in advance for room with heating but get it without!

We had a big clean room but heating didn’t work at all. It was very very cold outside and in the room.

I had a very bad experience with this hotel. I will not be back, that’s sure.. The ONLY positive thing about this hotel is the location and THAT’S IT ! No other positive aspects. Extremely lazy stuff, not kind AT ALL.. So do yourself a favor 😅 pass by…

It was good as we came here to go to Disneyland without actually paying Disneyland prices. The area felt safe, there was a small shop where we would get baguettes and cheese and wine. Right next to the hotel there is a small bakery with very affordable pastries but not good coffee. I ordered Cappuccino on 2 separate occasions and it tasted more like a hot chocolate than a coffee unfortunately. There is a railroad next to the hotel but that is why it is very easy to reach Disneyland. The hotel room itself was very basic as Ibis tend to be. Good enough to sleep but not that good to hangout. Since we spent 2 full days in Disneyland and not much time in a hotel it was fine. We also took a Bolt from the CDG airport to the hotel as we did not see the convenient way to get there. Bolt did cost us around 60 euros which was a reasonable price and fast way to get there. We came as a couple, so enough space for us. not sure how it would be for a family. I would still recommend this as it did serve a purpose and we were comfortable.

Stolen apple watch from room, no help finding it. Decided it wasnt their responsibility and couldn’t help any further. Absolutely disgusting for a hotel brand as big as Ibis. Got proof that the watch is still there (findmy) but they won’t help. Avoid at all costs
