Very comfortable, quiet and clean room. Comfortable bed. The hotel is close to the metro station, which makes it much easier to quickly reach the city center. It was a good choice. Very helpful staff. We used the luggage storage for a few hours after checking out, which made it easier for us to continue exploring. I consider our stay very successful.

All good with the room, amenities and breakfast. Only the welcome service didn't meet expectations. The waiting cues were long throughput my stay, no one was servicing the Silver clients desk. At my request the management offered only explanations on what caused this, but no solution.
