arrived early with my friends and didn’t had any reservation in place, Rovshanak and Aslan were awesome. Welcomed us and took us to show the rooms, booked, checked us in, and accommodated us well. Rockstars 🙌🏻⭐️ location wise, perfect.accessible to locations, and they gave us tips as well

I requested room cleaning, but returned to an uncleaned room. Housekeeping had left, and staff let me spent the night in unsanitary conditions. The new room had identical toiletries, and a faulty shower door caused water flooding, posing a hazard.
