Dear Sora K., Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are glad to hear that you found the location convenient, the facilities clean and new, and our friendly team. We are also pleased that you enjoyed the large pool. However, our sincere apology for the issues you experienced with the beach and breakfast. Regarding the beach, we take safety very seriously and will address the presence of tiles and glass pieces in the sand immediately to ensure it is safe for all guests, especially children. As for breakfast, we strive to maintain a well-stocked and varied menu. We apologize that some items were not replenished in a timely manner. We will review our breakfast service procedures to ensure a consistent and satisfying experience for all our guests.
