Excellent service from Udin and his team, Bambang etc in the restaurant and the girls at reception who organised our scooters were fantastic. The beach boys and our trip to the Gillies was also great. Our rooms were keep clean and tidy and we were given good advice on various surfing spots.

Enjoyed our stay at Novotel, nice beach, excellent and beautiful pool. Staff are all very helpful and friendly, organising tours and scooters. Udin in the restaurant was excellent. Close to Kuta township and other surfing beaches. Would recommend.

방도 넓고 깨끗하고 수영장 시설 좋고 음식 및 칵테일도 좋았음 마사지사 (이름 까먹었는데 여성)도 친절하고 기술이 좋은 분이어서 만족스러운 가족여행이었습니다 커피 테이크아웃 큰 컵이 없는게 아쉬웠음

Although the beach had too much seaweed but overall a lovely experience. The pool villa was great and breakfast area was nice. Thumbs up to Pak Udin for making us feel at home. Suggestion for pool villas. Microwave would be good addition to have

The resort is excellent! Directly in front of the beach. The staff is very kind and friendly. I stayed 5 days in this place because I wanted to be secluded. It is about 5 min drive to the Kuta town. If you are looking for a place away from the crowd then this is the place for you.
