Nice convenient place to stay for business meeting near airport, fresh hotel with good access to airport. Restuarant is fine Rooms and service 100% the same as in any other city where are Novotel’s are: Paris, London or Brussels Recommended 100%

So angry right now with the Accor Hotels group. We arrived at the Novotel Heathrow T1/2/3 at 234 Bath Road to check in. We were met at the door by a security man who informed us that we could not enter as they were not accepting guests and had not done so for the last year! There were numerous security guards around and lots of men outside smoking. In all honesty it looked liked it was being used to house refugees. We then tried to contact Novotel and Accor with no success - no one was answering our calls!! We then spent 2 hours securing a room in a hotel for the night as we had an early flight the next morning. I am beyond angry and disappointed with Accor that this could have happened. Why were we able to book this hotel through Accor when it was being used for other purposes? I would like someone from Accor to contact us and please explain what went wrong as we have lost confidence in Accor for our future travel arrangements.

This is the worst hotel for customer experience. They steal money and the duty manager Shawn is the rudest person to walk this planet, stay away from here at all costs. He refuses to help, his tone is awful and he is extremely rude in language to the point he stands and ignores you. I wouldn’t book here if my life depended on it, unless you want to pay for an extremely poor service

I stayed here a few times for business. I found the hotel to be clean and well appointed. The restaurant was OK if a little bright an airy like a canteen with waiters. The menu was bland and make sure you understand the parking charges.

I wish that I could review my stay at the Novotel London Heathrow Airport T1 T2 and T3 Hotel, but they cancelled my reservation. The email by which they did so made no mention of alternative arrangements or refunds. I called Accor Live Limitless who could do nothing to help a platinum member and told me to call the hotel. What is ALL for if not to provide assistance to loyal Accor customers?
