What a great hotel with wonderful team that Wellcome you in the hotel the team make you feel at home and at ease. They have a great food and beverage selections.Concierge team below in the 1st floor are very helpful.. Housing Keeping is top notch internet is amazing stable and speed is fantastic. One of the best 5 stars hotel in the heart of CBD area

It was my first time going to Singapore after pandemic and my choice of stay in Sofitel Singapore City has not betrayed me. The service was excellent and above. Since i was Accor member, they allowed me to check in ealier (around 11am). All of the hotel staffs were kind and helpful. Definitely I will come back

For Staycation. The hotels is just right next to Tanking pagar MRT station. Mix of kind of Pop and Luxury. Room size is quite decent. Room amenities is Asia standard, bathrobe, slippers, bathroom amenities, tooth brush, Tea & coffee making facility etc. Hotel surroundings are spilt for choice of food, from local food to fine dining. Fantastic location for both leisure travelers and business Travelers.

Clean, Comfy & Modern

Overall our stay at the Sofitel was extremely positive, and throughly enjoyed its location, the staff & the overall feel of the place. Staying for 5 nights, in one of the hotels Prestige Suites meant we had high expectations for our stay. We got off to a bumpy start arriving at 4pm & being advised our room was not yet ready, and no recognition of our ALL loyalty status. The room itself was spacious, modern & quiet. It was very comfortable for our stay, with the only suggestion for the hotel being better location of light switches & air conditioning panel, and also more convenient power points would be useful. Racines & 1864 were awesome places to eat, drink & enjoy fantastic staff service. On the opposite end, we found that Club Millesime was lacking in its offering, especially with food & a really big missed opportunity to show off the great selection of dining within the hotel. Overall a really good stay, and would absolutely stay again.
