Hotel was beautiful and sleek. Super clean and well kept. The entire staff was very kind, friendly and willing to assist with any questions we had. Their breakfast was absolutely delicious. The location was perfect for our stay. They are an eco friendly hotel.we loved that the management was extremely hands on, out on the floor with their staff, helping pick up breakfast dishes. Our server Lenny was super friendly and provided amazing service

Your hotel is beautiful and clean however I gave a 5 rating due to the fact we were not able to sleep well for the following reasons. 1. mosquito’s in the room 2. Music around area or next room 3. Air conditioning in bathroom noisy

Ibis doesn’t have safes in their rooms. And they are pet-friendly but don’t mention their charges for a pet.

Most hotels have an in-room safe for storing valuable, Ibis did not.. and checking in I found out there was an additional fee for my 8 pound dog - the website just said “pet Friendly”
