Dear Chickanah, We thank you for pointing out the Cleanliness of our installations, being fully aware that this is an aspect of primary importance for our guests to feel comfortable in our hotel, our housekeeping and maintenance staff undertakes a thorough cleaning of our installations and rooms on a daily basis in order to guarantee our high standards related to hygiene and Cleanliness which is one of the most important aspects for AccoHotels. Thank you for your insights regarding the service in English and although all of our réceptionists are able to communicate in most of our international guests' languages, we strongly believe in continuous trainings for our employees therefore we will make sure to offer official languages classes to all those members in need of improvement in this aspect of their duties.
