Apreciados, un cordial saludo desde Cali Reiteramos nuestras más sinceras disculpas por las molestias causadas por esta situación, Por medio de la jefe encargada atendimos de manera oportuna y correcta su reclamación, además de aplicar a su tarifa una compensación económica. En conjunto con nuestro proveedor de lavandería(multinacional líder en el mercado y destacada por su procesos de alta calidad), revisamos a fondo la situación, se trata de una mancha que no tiene que ver de ninguna manera con lo mencionado en este review, el hotel cuenta con todos los soportes que con mucho gusto ponemos a disposición. Muchas gracias por su tiempo y atención, les deseamos un excelente comienzo de mes y de año 2023.
