Die Zimmer waren etwas klein für unseren Geschmack, dennoch völlig ausreichend. Das Hotel liegt etwas abseits im Norden von Cali (Granada) in der Nähe der ChipiChape Mall. Es handelt sich hier dennoch um eine gute Gegend. Drumherum sind tolle Cafés und Restaurants zu finden. Das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Il solito ibis hotel della catena accor... moderno, sicuro pulito... l'ottima colazione a buffet del cisto di 40,000 pesos vale la pena ... che dire ci torno sempre quando sono in cali ... un consiglio comparate sempre il prezzo Accor del sito proprietario con le offerte tipo booking, hoteles ecc ecc sicuramente saranno più convenienti e nel caso fatelo presente in reception se il prezzo è più basso, probabilmente vi faranno lo sconto

While I was on my layover flying to Colombia, I received an email saying that Ibis had canceled my reservation. I emailed back and tried to call but they didn't answer. When I arrived, they had sold my room and were full, so I was stranded at midnight without a hotel in the most dangerous city in Colombia.

Habitaciones muy pequeñas. Tenía una abeja en mi cuarto y tuve problemas para sacarla. Muchísimo ruido en la calle para conciliar el sueño, sentía como si la ventana estuviera abierta. Hubo un inconveniente en la habitación vecina a las 3:00 a.m., una pelea, puertas que se tiraban, golpes y gritos y nadie vino a revisar ni hubo una llamada de disculpa ni a la hora ni en la mañana. no tuve descanso después de una agotadora jornada de trabajo. ¡¡El jabón multiusos es el colmo!!

Apreciada huésped, Ante todo le agradecemos sus comentarios y retroalimentación relacionada con su estadía en nuestro hotel, lamentando los inconvenientes ocurridos, por favor acepte nuestras mas sinceras disculpas por los inconvenientes de ruido durante su descanso, fue una situación desafortunada que el hotel atendió directamente siguiendo los protocolos de seguridad. En cuando a los dispensadores, tenemos metas ambiciosas asociadas al cuidado del medio ambiente y el desarrollos sostenible en general, por esta razón hemos eliminado el 100% del plástico de un solo uso en nuestras habitaciones y restaurante, también en reducción de empaques y envases, usamos dispensadores con productos de alta calidad que a su vez son biodegradables, seguiremos trabajando en esta tarea y en muchas mas acciones que nos permitan ofrecer la mejor experiencia a todos nuestros huéspedes. This hotel is located on a VERY busy street; luckily, they have a private garage. The rooms are super small for a party of two. So small that they improvised a closet with two pieces of wood in the corner of the room. The beds are SUPER uncomfortable. You literally feel like you are sleeping on the floor. Our first night, we contacted the front desk at 2 a.m. to complain about the beds and to request another room, and they confirmed that all beds are the same and that they have received plenty of complaints about the same thing. The buffet breakfast was a joke. Cold food, no flavor, and not enough variety—I will not recommend this hotel and will definitely not stay there again!
