Dear Mr. Mohamad A. A. H., Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback regarding your recent stay with us. First and foremost, I would like to sincerely apologize for the disappointment you experienced, especially as this is not the first time you have shared similar concerns with us. What is particularly disappointing is that after demonstrating noticeable improvements during your stay in April, we failed to maintain the same level of consistency and attention during your most recent visit. I greatly appreciate your recognition of the positive efforts made during your previous stay, including the pre-cooled room, welcome amenities, and personalized welcome card. It is therefore understandable that you felt disappointed when these gestures were absent on this occasion. While we are pleased that you enjoyed your room upgrade, we acknowledge that recognition of our loyal ALL Platinum members should be consistent and not dependent on circumstances or individual team members. I would also like to sincerely apologize for the breakfast experience. It is unacceptable that key breakfast items such as croissants, chocolate rolls, and bread were not replenished despite breakfast service still being in progress. We fully understand your frustration and agree that guests should be able to enjoy the full breakfast offering throughout the operating hours, regardless of occupancy levels. Your comments have been shared with our Food & Beverage team for immediate review and corrective action. As a valued returning guest and ALL Platinum member, your feedback is extremely important to us. Please be assured that we are reviewing our guest recognition procedures and breakfast replenishment standards to ensure a more consistent experience for all our guests, particularly our loyal members.
