A very pleasant experience. The hotel is very nice and clean and the staff is wonderful especially Dana(Daniela) who helped us a lot and was very kind, gentle. Thank you a lot for the nice gesture and support. The best hotel were I have ever stayed.

Outside of the city thus convenient for a transit night. Very comfortable ... as most Ibis Styles - and rather new construction in addition. Very friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. Good classic restaurant and good copious breakfast.

Bad experience due to a ruse receptionist and AC not working well

We arrived late at the hotel after a ten hours drive. The person we met at the reception was rude and inefficient. She only excused herself for her lack of knowledge and she had no idea how to deal with customers. She was nit wearing a tag and refused to give her name. The room was hot (27C) as the AC was switched off. After switching it on it did not work well and it was during a period of extreme heat in Arad.

Very nice restaurant, great food and service

We've been here only for lunch, but we liked the menu options, the service, the restaurant itself and also, the food was great, served in lovely plates. The mushroom soup was really good and also the rest of what we had. Kids enjoyed the food too! We recommend it!
