While we're pleased you enjoyed our central location, breakfast, and the bar area, we're really sorry to hear that the rest of your stay didn’t meet your expectations. We sincerely apologize for the issues with the shower and mattress—these are being flagged with our maintenance team right away. Your comments about the décor, lighting, and in-room amenities are also noted, and we appreciate your honesty as it helps us improve.
