What a great hotel. I haven't stayed in an Ibis styles before but after last night's stay I will definitely be returning. Fantastic central location, cannot comment on parking as we arrived during the Great Manchester run and so there were road closures and we found elsewhere to park. Stayed we fantastic from the start, lady on reception got us checked in early supplying us with a cute little bee chocolate and keyring (nice little touches), room was super clean, bed although on the hard side was comfortable. Shower... fantastic! For a female, the light for the mirror was perfect, usually in hotels they are spot lights above your head which are rubbish! This was a light around the mirror. Breakfast was lovely, hot and cold buffet with plenty of choice. Constantly topped up. Without a doubt will return and hotel is a credit to the staff.

A wonderful stay. The staff are so warm and friendly. Marina and Zaynab Rasheed were amazing looking after us all the time. The rooms are great and the beds are very comfortable. The hotel is in a convenient location and it is very clean. I would definitely revisit.

First time staying here and probably won't stay again. Had somebody try and get into our room at 2am repearedly trying the door handle. Didn't feel very safe. There was a stain on the one spare pillow so didn't use for the night, bed wasn't the comfiest. Bonus for air conditioning as was quite warm. Staff were friendly and some of the decorations were cool but overall quite disappointed by our experience.

Location is brilliant and staff really kind. However, the room was really run down, the bathroom door coming off its hinges so wasn’t able to shut the door. The walls are paper thin, I was kept up until 2:30 am from the room next door talking loudly and laughing. I won’t be staying here again.

HAYLEIGH is a star staff member... 3 of us with x2 bookings arrived early for an event and wanted early check in. We stah here whenever we are at events in manchester.Although room not available, Hayleigh and other female staff member on duty were so ameniable and pleasant and offered exceptional friendly customer service. All 3 of us ended up laughing and joking and it was just a lovely way to be treated which made our stay. Also lovely man behind bar/restuarant staff. Nothimg too much trouble. Thank you it means alot these days. Head office ...move the reception desk in lobby it's roasting under that air con unit!
