Central to everything. Great location, clean rooms. When the window is shut you couldn’t hear any noise from the street. There’s so many places for breakfast we didn’t have it at the hotel. Housekeeping never seem to stop and are always happy to provide extra tea etc.

I enjoyed our stay in ibis 69 Portland st. Nice clean room, helpfully staff and very good value. The hotel is 10 mins walk from the arndale centre and picadilly train station. There are plenty of cafes, pubs in the area. A central bus area is close by as is national Express station. Would recommend it highly.

Decent stay New reception desk is an improvement Great breakfast My biggest fault is that AGAIN as a platinum member there was no recognition. Having the welcome drink on the App was useless even bar staff couldn't work it out Manager promised to put measures in place after my last visit but just as bad

Stayed here with my son for his graduation. Great value for money - there was a Summer promotion for minimum 3 nights' stay. Very convenient location - near Chinatown for late night food, shopping as well as to the train station for the airport. Comfortable room, bed and bathroom. Good breakfast in a nice and comfortable environment just next door in Novotel. Good service - smooth, quick check-in. Highly recommended.

Checked in and almost ready to check out . Rooms are awful, very worn out and honestly feels like hostel. Noisy AC , smells of damp. Lots of street noise, door won't double lock.This was room 508. Moved to 312 and just as bad but with even more road noise and fully none working ac, though I did thought fully get and oil radiator already Insitu so I guess they already know it's broken. . Little soundproofing at all, you hear everything in neighbouring rooms, even singing at at 1am ! And constant street noise. Add the on the flashing green ceiling light and you can guarantee little sleep. It attemps to be stylish and minimalist I guess but it's just poorly designed with wonky wall Mirrors etc but that seems to be a cover for wonky room lights and TVs and bad room maintenance. It is probably the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Nothing to recommend it. I'll go as so far to specifically ask my company to remove it from the booking system.
