Feedback already requested and provided: Why am I being asked to write it all again here? Toilet didn’t work. Room difficult to find. Lifts don‘t serve all floors / rooms. Breakfast table cleared every day while still trying to have breakfast.

Great Hotel

Great hotel about 15 minutes out of the City centre which was easily accessible by Ubah station less than 10 walk from the hotel. The hotel is modern and very large with access from the street via lift, the open plan reception area is very impressive as was the design of the hotel. I was very impressed with my room which was very clean, however I did have a problem with noise (being close to one of the lift shafts which was mechanically noisy) so after one night I asked for a change of room, this was done with no fuss, the reception staff were very helpful and friendly. There is a large restaurant and separate bar within the hotel, and at street level a supermarket and coffee shop. The area felt safe and was quiet at night, good choice of places to eat and drink all within 10 minutes walk. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay again.

The reception staff, are very friendly and helpful. My first time in Moabit, as I usually stay at The Mercure Wittenburg Platz, I am already planning to return at the end of November, I’ll have more time to try the restaurant, and export the local area. My room was upgraded, and it was a very pleasant surprise, to experience the quality of my room. I highly recommend this hotel.

We picked this spot for location. We walked and took the Bahn. It was a good base to branch out and see tourist attractions. The breakfast was superb, and the grocery store on the lower level of the hotel was very convenient. We used the gym, which was tricky to find, but the best gym we have ever used at a hotel. Since our flight arrived early in the morning they allowed us to store our bags at the hotel until we could check in. There is an amazing breakfast place very close to the hotel that we enjoyed. The service wasn't great but the food and atmosphere made up for it. We had a family suite type room which accommodated 4 of us. The master bed was comfortable. The master bathroom color choice was odd, but functionality was fine. Overall we had a great stay.
