Nous séjournons dans cet hôtel en chambre familial. Logement La chambre est superbe et le lit superposé pour les enfants est grand et confortable. Le système de séparation est bien pensé. En journée l’espace est ouvert et le soir l’espace enfant et parents est bien délimité. La piscine est un peu petite mais fais l’affaire pour des enfants car à l’ombre et il y a la piscine de l’hôtel qui elle est vraiment très belle et agréable face a la mer. Accueil et service Nous avons été très bien accueilli par le staff, cocktail d’accueil, porteur, arrivée personnalisée nous avons énormément apprécié les attentions du personnel dans la chambre et à la réception. Peu d’attente malgré l’affluence, chaque client était accueilli immédiatement et nous pouvions patienter assis en attendant la préparation de notre chambre. De plus l’espace enfant situé dans la réception est très appréciable pour faire patienter les enfants surexcités par le trajet. Restaurant Nous avons dîné tardivement suite à notre arrivée la première nuit et malgré la cuisine fermée nous avons pu compter sur Art, ploy et Wa pour nous accueillir avec nos enfants. La carte est restreinte mais propose cependant du choix. Tous les plats que nous avons pris étaient très bon et raffiné. Le service à la française digne d’un hôtel Accor nous a beaucoup plu. Les serveurs ont été aux petits soins pour nous et nos enfants. Les plats ont été adapté au goût des enfants. Bref je recommande fortement le restaurant. Seul bémol de cet hôtel un peu excentré du centre de Pattaya mais pour nous ça ne nous pose pas de problème nous souhaitions nous reposer du tumulte de Bangkok.

มาครั้งแรกเมื่อ 6 ปีที่แล้ว ประทับใจมาก และครั้งนี้มีโอกาสได้กลับมาพักผ่อนอีกครั้ง ประทับใจมากๆ การบริการต่างๆ จาก K‘เปา K’อาร์ท K’อา ที่Sky bar บรรยากาศดี เสียงคลื่นทะเล ลมอ่อนๆ การดูแลบริการที่เอาใจใส่มากๆ ครั้งหน้าจะกลับมาอีกแน่นอน เซอร์ไพรที่สุดคือ 6ปีที่แล้ว เรามาในเดือนพฤษภาคนเช่นกัน
