I stayed here with friends between Christmas and New Year. We had a very pleasant stay. Hotel was very clean and tidy. Staff were welcoming and helpful. Room was well kept and everything worked fine. The main town is only a short stroll away with plenty of shops, pubs & food place to pick from. Parking is the only issue as their car park is very small and it is charged at £15 per vehicle, per night but if you go out, your spot is not reserved!

Avoid this place like the plague. A while back it closed it's doors to the general public and housed our foreign replacements. I went to book a room and was threatened with my life by numerous gentlemen who I pay tax to feed, clothe and house plus a few quid in their back pocket housed with his brand new super modern mobile phone. They've been moved on now into our communities and they're begging for our custom again. In summary, give it a miss. They made a decision against the will of the people.

Stayed here for one night we arrived early so staff allowed us to leave our bags prior to check in. We checked in and our room was cold we couldn't work the heating bit the house keeping staff very helpful. Room was small but clean had everything we needed. We never had the best sleep as we were on the third floor and it was a windy night so the windows kept rattling so maybe would ask for a room on the 1st floor in future. We would stay here again. Location good also

Es todo TERRIBLE. Huele mal, las paredes se caen a trozos, el vater estaba roto (rajado) y lo peor es que no cerraba la puerta (echabas el pestillo y se abría solo). TENGO FOTOS DE TODO. Además la zona es malisima y da miedo

If you’re a family don’t bother staying here. The noise from Biscuit Billy’s isn’t just a mild thud in the background, it’s like being front and centre at a concert. You can hear every word of every song from room 314. Sadly we had no idea until midnight when the music woke me up. Is Tuesday night!
