Terrible hotel. Stank of piss the second I walked in. Weirdly had to pay and didn’t get any free food like the guests before me received. NHS clinic seemed to have cleared before I arrived which was disappointing. Owners are horrible people who care only about their own pockets. Avoid at all costs!

On arrival , the reception staff were very welcoming. Our room was clean , tidy and modern. Breakfast was very reasonable with plenty of choice whether you wanted continental and/or cooked breakfast. As for location , we couldn't ask for anything closer. We parked 5 mins walk away at the Civic Quarter multistore car park for £2.70, which covered all of Sat and Sunday We had a great stay and will hopefully return soon.

I stayed for 2 nights for work, bed and breakfast. I never ate the breakfast as the entire hotel stunk of sewage! The place was filthy and it was a 15 minute walk to the nearest car park. Not great when you have luggage. I will never stay there again!

Windows that don’t close, curtains that don’t cover the windows, walls paintwork flaking, late night bars that mean you will get hardly any sleep. I arrived at midnight, having booked in advance, just needing a bed for 6 hours and I got exactly that. The duvet and pillows were unclean so I slept on top. The shower was warm but no power. No care taken by cleaners to at least put a new toilet roll on the holder. This was marginally better than a hostel and I would not stay here again

just visited for 2 nights the room itself is fine, beds though not that comfortable and the pillows are horrendous, they need changing asap, they are ridiclously thin and useless. we arrived there was no soap or body wash in bathroom or milk but this was sorted after going to reception quickly cant fault the reception staff they were lovely breakfast well there was a lady who worked on the breakfast both saturday and sunday morning, she had a face like thunder, and was quite rude. i asked if anymore berries are coming out as was empty, no basically they are frozen can i have some vegetarian sausages please. They are also frozen you need to wait 20 mins, ok thats fine. Food was cooked to order that day The next day however it was busier not there is minimal tables somehow for breakfast. I asked again for vegetarian sausages this morning, basically reply was we aint got any. They did as i asked later, she just couldnt be bothered to ask or cook them. I ended up with beans , hash brown and scrambled eggs, which i have say tasted awful. You must cater better for vegetarians, and vegans. This lady should not be employed in front of customers. Tbh we will go back to premier inn next time in doncaster as breakfast is always brilliant there and you are never ever met with , we aint got any. No hotel can use that excuse anymore.
