Lo mejor del hotel fue la atención del personal de recepción. Siempre amables y atentas. El hotel, en general, cumple con el standard Ibis. Las habitaciones son acogedoras aunque básicas. La zona que rodea el hotel está en obras, con construcción de edificios. Son conscientes del ruido y te dan unos tapones que, sin embargo, no son suficientes para el ruido de ese tipo de obra. Como íbamos a estar varios días pedimos que nos cambiasen a una habitación que no diese a las obras, algo más silenciosa. Nos dieron la 407. Nos quedamos en ella por no volver a molestar, pero está junto a las escaleras de emergencia y junto a un cuarto de limpieza y sobre las 7-8 am se empezaban a oir continuos golpes que parecían portazos. Como en general nos levantamos pronto no fue demasiado inconveniente, aunque si estabas relajado en la habitación a cualquier hora, cada vez que alguien abría y/o cerraba una puerta de la zona de las escaleras oías el portazo, y era bastante fuerte. A pesar de que no está en el centro está bien comunicado con transporte y hay varios restaurantes y pubs a pocos minutos andado (en la zona bajo las vías del tren)

Sería mejor que las habitaciones no tuviesen moqueta. Deberían dejar toallas de manos y no solo las de la ducha.

como siempre cumple con lo esperado ibis. el hotel estaba relativamente bien ubicado. pero eso es una cuestion de costos. preferimos pagar menos y tuvimos que caminar un poco mas o incluso tomar uber para regresar de noche. de todas formas todo segun lo esperado. lo que sí nos complico un poco es que al ser una habitacion para huespedes con discapacidad motriz, al ducharnos se mojaba bastante el piso por fuera del area de la ducha. el resto todo bien. buen descanso, buen desayuno. siempre super amables.
