We stayed to be close to hertz rental for the next morning. But it turns out the pick up office was a taxi ride. Standard Ibis. Nothing fancy but clean. We had an issue with the room being hot- sunny side. The staff worked to get us a different room. They were super accommodating and friendly. Beware of staying on a Sunday. No restaurants near the train station - all closed.

This the worst "Syles" hotel I have visited.Compared with big city operations under the same banner this is a joke.Must be the result of franchising.Tiny room, tiny breakast area, inferior breakfast offering and staff ignorant of their own surroundings,though as helful as they could be.No City map for tourists, just a photocopy of a map with no street names. Advice to Accor...sell it

Good location, spacious room and staff attempting to be helpful. Unfortunately it was a very hot day and the air conditioning wasn't working and the room window was facing the sun adding to the high temperature in the room. The staff member on duty attempted to get someone to fix it, without success although he didn't tell me the outcome. However, he refused to allocate me another room, saying the hotel was full or to give me the room of someone who hadn't checked in which was very annoying and affected my overall impression of the hotel.

Terrible experience. We called the hotel around 5pm, as we were driving to Spain for holiday, and we needed a room for night, with our 5 week old son. The receptionist confirmed on the Phone that they had and available room for us, and that us traveling with a baby would be no issue at all. The price (according to booking.com) was agreed upon on the phone and we were assured that a late arrival (11pm) was no issue. As we arrive at almost 11pm, on the clock, we are met by a receptionist that tells us that he has sold every room available, and that if we wanted to spend the night at the hotel next door (same hotel chain, different concept), for double the previously agreed upon price. As it is 11pm and we have been driving for 16 hours, we feel that we have to accept, in order to get a decent nights rest... Also, there was food left in the bathroom....

Checkin was incredibly slow. And why do you havew to pay the city tax beside the horel costs? Why is this not included in the total price when it is something you need to pay anyway? Location is next to the station, but beware that there is absoultely nothing else here, no restaurants or bars. They are located 1 KM away.
