The hotel location was very good. Breakfast was not full of options. One one morning the cooking only started on one of the hot choices while we were selecting the breakfast. Overall the staff seem disinterested in the guests. Also for small things (eg toilet paper) we needed to ask reception as the 'spare' roll had not been provided in our room. I would not stay in this hotel again

Very Good Place To Stay In Bremen

The aparthotel has a very good location close to the Bremen trainstation. The rooms are nice and there is a good breakfast served. Staff has been very helpful during my stay. I received a very nice room during my stay. I will go back to this hotel again when next time in Bremen.

Unusual entrance and reception at a central location

Atypical in that the entrance is not very visible, and the reception on the 6th floor. And on the 6th floor is the cafeteria so the check in counter is the cashier of the cafeteria. We were wondering if we were at the right place. But we got our room immediately and were pleasantly surprised. Pretty big double room with a little kitchenette. Bathroom was also big and clean. Location is central, right opposite the central train station and close to the old city. Lots of eateries (bakeries, cafes, restaurants) close by. We had to call reception when the TV didn’t work but someone came by almost immediately and changed the batteries of the remote control. And yes, he had new batteries with him so this seems to happen pretty often. So it showed their customer-oriented service.

Here in a Twin Studio Room. Pleasant check in at reception which you take the lift up to floor six to get to. Disappointed that although pay for parking was available nearby by the secure garages don't admit motorcycles. This was not the hotels fault but meant leaving my motorcycle out on the road / pavement which you're never too sure how safe it will be. In the end no harm came to the M/C. The location of this hotel is very central being very near the rail station and easy walking distance in to town centre. Clean comfortable room with aircon and opening windows. Everything working as it should.

The hotel was easy to find and the parking garage is directly under the hotel (elevator access to the lobby). Our room was ready, even though it was 3 hours before check-in, with no extra fee for early check-in! The bed was comfortable, but the pillows were pretty flat, we did get extra pillows from the front desk, which helped! Big room, with 2 TV's and nice shower! Water temperature was good and the full kitchen was nice! Our 6th floor room was pretty quiet, except when we had the window open - then we could hear the street noise. We would definitely recommend this hotel and we look forward to staying at an Adagio in the future!
