We are reptiles breeders and we stay for a event, they know it and now they charge 15€ per box, and don’t have any information before for we choose another hotel. We just see when enter at the reception. Very decepcionant atitude! Dont Back to this hotel ! They day that allow Pets and when you arrive you need pay extra tax! Dont stay if you are reptile breeder!

Lovely staff - clean, well maintained hotel - good location

Lovely staff. Clean hotel - pleasant room. Well maintained. Good location - not too far from the motorway. Maybe not a huge range of food in the evening but what we chose was delicious and well presented. Breakfast perfect for our needs and coffee good. I had checked the location on Google and had seen that it was adjacent to IKEA - to me that was a plus! Nevertheless the hotel is at the far end of the retail park, through a gate and has a large grassy area around it so felt peaceful. We have stayed twice now were delighted with each stay and would return when next passing.

I must admit I’m shocked at how good this place is. Located by everything you need. Easy to find and huge amount off parking The rooms well standard as most hotel but so clean and so comfortable. The staff really work hard to keep on top off it all. The staff are good here easy to talk to and helpful. So yes I would recommend staying here Close to motorways and has an ikea next door so you can get things for the house Great place and will be back

Good hotel in a convenient location

A convenient modern hotel in Unna, 20km East of Dortmund, near to motorways. It is clean and the bedrooms are good. The breakfast is very good, although the coffee is poor. The hotel has a bar and a restaurant with a limited menu. Car parking is 12 Euros a night - easier to pay for a ticket for your stay at reception, rather than using the parking machine outside.
