Checkin staff aloof, no atmosphere. No help with luggage. Receptionist loudly stated oh yes you have one free night. When we asked where to park, we were told over there wherever you can find a space....over there wasn't nearby for luggage!

A bit daunting that our toilet had a glass door and in full view when screen pulled back to access a bench top

worst breakfast ever served - not a buffet at all, staff were lovely but terribly understaffed - rooms not serviced, restaurant long waits....expect much more paying those prices

This place is nearly on par with a circus, the staff seem to not know what they are doing and all work against each other at the bar and restaurant and being told what to do and how to use my Accor benefits I got a different answer every time I asked someone. The icing on the cake was after I was at the pool, I went back to my room to find the room cleaner was in there, he said he was finished and walked out and when we passed each, his body odor was horrendous, I nearly vomited. once he passed me, I entered the room to find the whole room stunk like him, it was disgusting, I had to turn the fan on and open the doors to air the room and did not want to be there anymore. places like the Seble should not employee people from third world countries and give the work to locals, it's not all about maximizing profits.

The Sebel Yarrawonga is our family’s happy place- beautiful well-appointed rooms and the kids love using the tennis courts and pool. We have been coming here for 3yrs now and will continue to make it our annual getaway. A couple of points for improvement: - The rooms don’t get serviced until 5pm, which is too late. - I am disappointed there are no facilities to recycle - we separated our recyclables, but they were just put in the bin by the cleaners. We need to look after this beautiful location. - The QR codes by the pool have gone and I imagine you would lose a lot of revenue with the barrier of having to walk into the main restaurant to order. As a mum of young kids, I could t leave them unsupervised. The pool was so busy in the afternoon - there was a lost revenue opportunity by having either a staff member at the poolside bar or the QR code system to order. - The buffet breakfast was a new introduction and was lovely. There needed to be either a wholemeal or sourdough bread option instead of just white - these are much healthier options. You could only order additions via the head waiter (and he was lovely) but he was often busy and you would have to wait long times to have your table allocated and pay the bill, whilst there were 2 people behind the bar often not doing much. Breakfast was lovely, but made frustrating with long wait times. Just little bits of feedback to make this beautiful place even better- Thankyou!
