Very good service. Very clean and tidy hotel. The staff are nice and friendly. Good place to relax and enjoy the refreshments from the side. Free flow tea, coffee, wine, beer, and foods. Overall i enjoy my time in this hotel and will be stay on this hotel again.

Great hotel for business and holiday. Room is huge and very comfortable. Great selection of breakftast. Yoh can eat different for couple days. Very close for fair ground and train stataion. Great lounge with friendly staff and delicious food

A pior experiência hoteleira que tive na minha vida por vários motivos. Desde o momento que cheguei no hotel o atendimento já não foi condizente com o status do hotel, sendo que em momento algum foi perguntado para eu e meu colega se queríamos ajuda com as nossas bagagens. Staff muito mal treinada sendo que os funcionários que tinham as funções de nos atender, em sua grande maioria não falavam inglês, o que complicava qualquer pedido que fazíamos. Meu colega teve o anel de casamento dele furtado do quarto no dia seguinte a nossa chegada e o hotel não deu nenhum suporte para a gente, somente após a chamada da Polícia eles começaram a tentar fazer alguma coisa (Investigação ainda está em andamento). Requisitei arrumação do meu quarto para os 3 dias que fiquei hospedado e somente no primeiro dia foi arrumado. Quando íamos no restaurante ou no bar do hotel e pedíamos alguma bebida ou comida os funcionários já vinham com a conta e diziam que não tínhamos crédito (uma clara retaliação ao caso do furto do anel). Em resumo, uma experiência horrível que fará com que eu não volte mais a me hospedar em um hotel da rede Sofitel, pois um hotel que cobra 400 dólares a diária teria que ter um atendimento no nível que lhe convém.

Kamer echt perfect! Badkamer super. Kamer zelf erg groot en mooi. Zwembad is erg klein maar prima. Maar het personeel is echt vreselijk. In het restaurant was het gewoon te erg. Drinken werd al weggehaald voordat je het op had. Dit trouwens ook met het eten. Ze verstaan geen Engels dus het is ook ontzettend moeilijk communiceren. Het eten is wel erg goed. Maar je voelt je gewoon niet welkom en dat is erg jammer!

In order to find out what has caused this experience, we tried to investigate. Our swimming pool is actually 25 meters in length, 8 meters in width, 1.2 meters in depth. Literally the pool in such size would not be considered as small by most of our guests. We also found out your most recent stay was in Nov 2018 at our hotel, which was 10 months ago from now.
