Like most hotels and resorts, our all-inclusive package is aligned with our standard check-in and check-out timings, and the inclusions are therefore applicable within the duration of the stay. We truly appreciate your understanding in this regard. At the same time, we continually strive to offer one of the most generous all-inclusive experiences in the Maldives while maintaining operational sustainability and the high quality of services our guests expect. Regarding beverages in the villa, while our all-inclusive beverages are served across our designated restaurants and bars, guests who prefer to enjoy drinks in the privacy of their villa are welcome to order them through our In-Villa Dining service, where they are available at an additional charge. We also note your comments regarding our dining concept. During buffet meal periods, guests are welcome to enjoy an unlimited selection of dishes. However, in line with the inclusions and guidelines of our all-inclusive package, dining is limited to one outlet per meal period. This allows us to deliver a consistent dining experience while ensuring the sustainability of the concept. We appreciate your understanding of this policy.
