Fantastic experience, the atmosphere is great and the food very very nice!!! The service was perfect thanks to Thiloma and all the staff the were full of attention and care for us!!

This was our 13th visit to Maldives staying at many resorts including high end 5 star resorts. Mercure was fantastic, best house reef we have seen in the Maldives and we always choose our resort based on the house reef as we spend so much time snorkelling and diving. Black tips, large nurse sharks, turtles and rays every day and we even had dolphins whilst snorkelling on two occasions. Rooms are spacious and clean with everything you need. Food varied and delicious. Vista restaurant a must visit for both dinner and lunch. Staff amazing in every area and on par with multiple 5 star resorts. Bar team never leave you with an empty glass and management always present and checking in. Dive centre very professional and friendly and some amazing shark dives near the resort with hundreds of sharks! Spa was lovely and treatments amazing but we did find the regular selling around the restaurant and pool area strange and not something we have experienced previously in the Maldives. Overall a fantastic holiday and we will be back.

December 2025 was my second time in Kooddoo and it was better than first time. The service was perfect! This year especially at the dive center Chaitanya Bhagat CHAIT the scuba instructor was perfect! I am already booking for next year.... I hope I will meet Chait and the hole team of kooddoo for my holidays.

This resort is in a truly fantastic location and offered the best holiday experience we have had to date. We absolutely loved our time at Mercure Kooddoo Maldives. The island is breathtaking, with a wonderful atmosphere that immediately makes you feel relaxed and welcomed. The rooms were beautiful, immaculately clean, and thoughtfully designed. One of the highlights of our stay was snorkelling on the pristine house reef. Being able to swim alongside turtles, sharks, eels, and an incredible variety of fish was absolutely amazing and is a memory we will cherish forever. What truly sets this resort apart is the exceptional staff, who consistently go above and beyond to ensure guests feel cared for. A special thank you to Khan, our guest concierge, for his daily assistance and for making our stay so comfortable and seamless. We would also like to acknowledge Joanne, Poppy, Ibrahim, Korey, Shifa, and Naveen at the restaurant, who were always friendly, attentive, and welcoming. Special thanks as well to Hammy at the scuba dive centre for taking us snorkelling and giving us the unforgettable experience of seeing dolphins. We are also very grateful to our housekeeper, who kept our room perfectly refreshed each day and delighted us with beautiful and creative bed art. The commitment, enthusiasm, and genuine engagement shown by all frontline staff made our stay truly special. We hope management is aware of the outstanding work their team is doing—they should be extremely proud of such a dedicated and professional group of people.
