El resort en sí es impresionante, probablemente uno de los mejores en los que he estado: instalaciones increíbles, entorno paradisíaco y un personal muy amable, especialmente la manager y la doctora, que fueron encantadoras y estuvieron siempre pendientes de todo. Sin embargo, tengo que ser honesto sobre la experiencia de buceo, que fue muy negativa. Al reservar un buceo me informaron que costaría 122$ por inmersión que luego fueron 154.44$ . Durante la inmersión, noté que el aire estaba contaminado: pesado, con olor a gasolina. Mi dive máster bajó con nitrox mientras yo estaba con aire, y cuando le comenté que el aire estaba contaminado, me dijeron que era mentira. Añadir que para los 154.44$ que pagas el equipo está destrozado, solo está bien el jacket y el octopus. Tras la inmersión, tuve que acudir al médico, donde me diagnosticaron tensión alta e irritación en la garganta causada por el aire del buceo. Tengo pruebas de que los días anteriores buceé 50 minutos sin problemas, y ese día en este resort solo 18 minutos, justamente porque el aire estaba contaminado. En resumen: • El resort es espectacular. • No recomiendo hacer buceo ni actividades acuáticas con ellos, ya que manejan precios arbitrariamente y ponen en duda la palabra de los clientes, llegando a llamarme mentiroso que era el precio que me dijeron.( increpándome para pagar) • La atención médica y la gestión del resort son excelentes, destacando especialmente a la manager y la doctora. • El personal de buceo necesita mejoras serias; a parte que son unos mentirosos con el precio no hay un menú donde se vean los precios te lo dicen de boca para hacerte el lío.por mi parte, abriré una queja formal a PADI para que se investigue.

Wir hatten eigentlich eine Buchung vom 21.12. bis 30.12. und würden sehr gern eine gute Bewertung abgeben, können dies aber nicht machen, da wir nach der Ladung auf Malè einfach in ein anderes Resort umgebucht wurden. Vom Hotel gab es keinerlei Unterstützung, Nachricht oder Kontaktaufnahmen. Wir sind dazu in ein Familienresort umgebucht wurden, obwohl wir absichtlich gern ein Only-Adult Hotel wollten und dafür ausreichend bezahlt haben. Wir hoffen inständig, dass sich das Hotel bei uns noch meldet und wir einen finanziellen Ausgleich für diese missglückte Lage erhalten!

Traumhafter Urlaub

Einfach nur traumhaft. Es war ein wunderschöner und unvergesslicher Urlaub gewesen. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und die 8 Tage sehr genossen. Die Anlage klein, aber sehr schön und sauber. Das Personal stets freundlich und hilfsbereit, vorallem Kunal und Ibrahim. Sie haben jeden Wunsch erfüllt und man konnte sich nett mit ihnen unterhalten. Das Essen super lecker und das Ambiente toll. Der Strand atemberaubend und so viel Ruhe, dass man richtig relaxen konnte. Am Strand kaum Menschen, so wie ein Privatstrand. Die Unterwasserwelt einzigartig, Korallen, bunte Fische, Haie und sogar einen Mantarochen haben wir gesehen. Alles top!

Voyage fantastique ! Personnels attentionnés, souriants et professionnels Logement trés confortable et magnifique. Lit et nettoyage de la water villa fait sans même qu'on ne s'en rende compte . Votre petit bar remplit systématiquement. Le restaurant buffet, exelent, varié jamais épuisé. Restaurant italien cadre très beau , un petit plus . Le bar parfait simple belle terrasse sur le lagon avec musique tres agréable. Beaucoup de choix compris dans la formule tout inclu . Deux petites plages magnifique paradisiaque. Les fonds marins pas besoin d'excursions si vous aimez le smorkeling au départ de votre watter villa vous pouvez voir requins coraux poissons de toutes les couleurs, tortues et si vous avez chance raies et dauphins. Nous avons pu faire nos deux exursions prévue avec l'hôtel elles se sont bien passées personnels sympathiques. Il est vrai qu'une amélioration au niveau des exursions devraient etre faites . Pas de choix manque de moyen et personnel. Le peu d'excursion proposée très cher et courte . En ce qui nous concerne notre expérience est plus que positive nous avons adoré séjourné dans cet établissement et nous hésiterons pas a revenir et si vous avez besoin je vous encadre sorties paddels 😀 Je ne me rappelle pas malheureusement de tout les noms mais nous remercions tout le personnel : poppy, Sofia, Gilbert, kan, naveen etc..
