Hello, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, and we’re truly sorry to hear that your recent stay was disappointing, especially for a special occasion. We understand your frustration, and it’s clear we missed the mark on several aspects of your experience. We take your comments about the check-in process, breakfast service, and room conditions seriously. A long wait at check-in and the issues with breakfast, such as the lack of tables, bowls, and spoons, are absolutely not the standard we aim to provide, and we’ll be looking into these areas to ensure they’re addressed. We understand how important it is for everything to run smoothly, especially during busy times. We also appreciate your feedback about the roof bar and room, and we’ll make sure to investigate these issues. The broken light and the lack of certain amenities are certainly not acceptable, and we will take steps to fix these problems immediately. It’s great to hear that you enjoyed the local area—Gambetta and Alexandre Dumas have some fantastic spots to explore, and we’re glad that was a highlight of your trip.
