The hotel is very good and every one in the staff was wonderful and helpful. I do recommend going up to the rooftop and enjoying a nice refreshing drink up there. We had a slight issue with our room (fixed temperature in the shower), and even though this didn't seem to be resolved (or we didn't figure it out), every staff member we talked to about it made sure that the technical staff would know about it. You can ask to borrow an iron, as well as plates/cutlery, which is very nice.

We ate in the restaurant and had average service and terrible food. I had to send mine back and waiter said he thought it had been reheated from lunchtime. My colleague had ribs that he left as they were pink. We told the waiter but he offered no solution. We were told that we couldn’t have a drink at the table as they needed it for another booking, we weren’t even offered dessert. We were told we could get a drink at the bar where we had to wait for ages as they seemed under staffed. Wouldn’t go again

We have always enjoyed staying here, but unfortunately, this time, our experience was overshadowed by the behavior of the restaurant manager. Despite the restaurant being almost empty, he insisted on seating us at the smallest table available. When we politely requested a better table, he declined in a dismissive and unprofessional manner, claiming the restaurant was very busy—even though it clearly wasn’t. Throughout the evening, the manager stared at us for no apparent reason, which made us feel extremely uncomfortable, as if we had done something wrong. Thankfully, Tila made our evening more pleasant with her excellent service, but the manager’s attitude seriously impacted our overall experience. Hospitality should make guests feel welcome, and unfortunately, this was not the case.

Thank Sir for joining us in our restaurant on Monday January 20th . I'm very sorry to hear that our service didn't match your expectation. We are doing our best to please all our guest's request, sorry if we were unable to make it happend this time. I'd like to give Laëtitia MASMONDET Assistant Front Office Manager MAMA SHELTER PARIS EAST a huge shout out for fantastic customer service. Her attention to our needs was impressive. Mama Shelter Paris East is a hidden gem in the 20th arrondissement and our go to spot. They are friendly and the pillows and bed are fantastic as jet lag kicks in. The breakfast in the morning is absolutely a highlight.
