A really filthy hotel with dreadful service. My room was so bad that I had to ask to be moved to a different one. Ended up with a flee or bed bug bite. Genuinely don’t know how the shower could have been so awful and still in use. Fairly shocked that this is a Novotel hotel.

Arrival and Check-in: very poor because agents at desk were not aware of my booking. I have wasted time at the arrival despite the fact that I have made a check-in before arrival. It was very disappointing situation for me. During stay: the room was not cleaned the first day. I had t request for that on the second day.7 Check-out: The agents requested to me pay additional fees, whereas I have paid all the fees before arrival. I have also wasted time and have been disappointed by this situation.

I was recently in the hotel above indicated- 23rdJuly/ 27st July- 4 nights with the family(12 persons alltogether. First of all i would like to say that rooms were confortable( very good beds), with a very top cleaning service, with regular changing of towels. Breakfast for the category of a Novotel was very poor. Small choice of bread, ham and cheese, bad fruit and besides an horrible juice called BIO with no flavour at all. Real disappointed. But the worse was when the second day coming back to the hotel at the end of the day no keys from the four rooms worked on the elevator. Got to the reception and they provided new keys. Arriving to the rooms in the room 1583 a family a family recently arrived was getting out of the room when they saw the room was already occupied.Then we realise that the reason the keys didnt worked was because there was a second booking goiung to our rooms. The following morning complain with the reception, they call manager whose name is Mr. Griz i think, which apologise for the event and i suggest that he order some fruit and water for the room 1583 which he accepted. Next day nothing was at the room. Next morning saw the manager and told him, he said that someone took care of that....and promise to send it. Unfortunately till the last night nothing was at the room. What i noticed a big lack of training from the staff: ask the concierge what would be the average price of a taxi to ORY airport. He said he could provide the taxi but didnt know the price????. It is really a pity that accord group allows some hotels to be ruined basically by a bed customer service which comes of course from directive staff to the ones that really serve the guests.

Our stay was not good. The stuff knew nothing to help us in every occasion. They didn’t have an answer in any question we were making. In the reception, they didn’t know until what time they served breakfast. It was supposed to be until 10:30, we arrived at 9:50 and they had nothing for us to eat. After some discussion, the stuff from the breakfast gave us some “leftovers”. Luckily, they were kind of cleaning our room every once in a while. The room itself was too small, and the bed for the kid was bad. There was no way to get fresh air into the room. The windows could not open. The TV was huge though. I’ve stayed in another Novotel in Paris and it wasn’t that bad. I was expecting more. Wouldn’t recommend this one.

Stayed with the family for a 3 nights. Kids were covered in turmite bites after the stay. Air conditioning never worked although we tried multiple times for maintenance to attend. Sewrage leaking into carpark!! Don't stay here at this hotel if your concious about your health.
