would like to share my feedback regarding my recent stay at Novotel Jaipur. The hotel’s location is very convenient, being not far from the airport. However, I was a bit disappointed upon arrival. I checked in late at night, and while the staff at the front desk were polite, there was no briefing about the benefits for loyalty members, and unfortunately, there were no smiles or warm gestures to welcome me. I even greeted the staff with a smile first but did not receive one in return, which was disheartening. That said, I truly appreciated the complimentary room upgrade. The room itself was nice, but I believe the cleanliness can be improved. When I arrived, I found one or two long strands of hair on the bathroom floor, which clearly were not mine. Given my late-night arrival, it was disappointing to notice this. On a more positive note, the staff at the main restaurant were absolutely wonderful! Thank you for your excellent service and attention to detail. I didn’t catch his name, but I was impressed by his dedication—he was there early in the morning for breakfast and still working at dinner time. His service was truly incredible and left a great impression. The team at the bar were also friendly and welcoming. A special thanks to Durga for the prompt response and swift action upon hearing my concerns. Your professionalism and attentiveness were truly appreciated. As I mentioned before my arrival, this was my very first visit to India, and Jaipur was the first city I chose to experience. I booked Novotel as my first hotel in India and stayed for two nights before continuing my four-night journey.
