Not a deluxe room.

I booked a deluxe king room for one night. The room was not really deluxe. The aircon controls were difficult to work out (had to ring reception for advice). Walking from the elevator to my room, there are numerous roof panels in the hallway with brown water stains and stains on the carpet. Along the hallway a few staff amenities are on full display ie doorways for storage, linen etc…..other hotels seem to disguise these so they are not on full view to the guests. The bathroom in my room was ordinary. Over the bath shower, a hard glass screen which restricted how you could turn the show on, no options with the shower head. The bath room was a real let down and came complete with a spider (huntsman) and a sad bent rubber plug. Having a shower with the cheap bath base was challenging and slippery. The king bed was not comfortable and overall I would not stay here again.

Cost dearer being an Accor member?

The accommodation is as per usual an excellent place and have stayed at this hotel quite a lot being Accor members dealing with the hotel through Accor, also being a member of Panthers it is extremely convenient for us to visit normally from Orange. On this occasion we met our family here on our return from holidays in Cairns and found that they have already booked us in for 3 nights in a superior king room which was great as it is our usual but was not through Accor which is supposed to be the cheapest rate available being an Accor Hotel but with WoWotrip.com which turned out $20 per night cheaper but also included breakfast daily for us which at the end the cost difference was substantial. Great family get together, but cost difference was a bit disappointing for our membership, we will see what happens for the next trip.

Located behind Krispy Kreme and next to Penrith Panthers. Plenty of fast food options around which is a minute walk away. Otherwise Penrith Panthers has lots of food options. Room wise the hot water works, it was clean, central heating/ a/c worked well. Did hear noise despite being next to Penrith Panthers. Friendly service, also has a bbq area and pool and a giant chess set. Highly Recommended!!

Oh my gosh! It is so loud! Every door closing in the hallway bangs and echo's through the room, I can hear my neighbours, walls are paper thin! Can hear music from the club. The one star is for the staff who were welcoming and pleasant. I'm sorry, will never stay again.

A $600+ room that thumped bass music from panthers till two. Didn’t sleep at all the room was not any kind of sound proof. The manager offered free breakfast like that was any kind of compensation for having to get up and check out to go home to get some sleep. Charged a fortune for bugger all comfort. Tv came on by its flat at 2 and the constant noise from outside as well as the hallways. This place absolutely sucks passing itself off as an expensive decent hotel, it is not. Will be finding alternative accommodation arrangements for my wedding party. An absolute rip off!
