The breakfast team was amazing specially Precious and Suzan thank you . And Alvina at the front desk is a great help . Overall the experience at the hotel was fascinating . Spacious rooms and the location being near taksim square makes it one of the best options

Once I arrived at the hotel, there was no porter to collect my luggage which is the only negative thing I would say. Was greeted by Abdul who was very kind and attentive to my needs. Hotel was overall clean and had lots of facilities such as Gym, sauna etc which is free to use til 10pm. Pool is heated and indoors. My room itself was upgraded which looked like an apartment from Manhattan with floor to ceiling windows. Amazing place to stay in Takshim a lot of things near by so good location. Overall great experience and would defo worth going again. Thank you Abdul for all your hard work and making my stay memorable. See you next year maybe

The stay here was comfortable, especially thanks to Agus, a young man who works in the hotel restaurant. He is a very positive, open and kind person, with whom it is pleasant to communicate and who will always help with any issue. Any hotel is primarily about people and the atmosphere they create. In this regard, the hotel benefits greatly on the basis of Agus.

i had the most amazing time here. the staff were so friendly (Anwaar the cleaner and Suzan the restaurant staff in particular). apart from a few hiccups on two of the days with the wifi not working, other than that it was great. rooms are clean.
