Great stay at a good location with spacious rooms. I stayed in a family room with 2 kids and the room was spacious and clean. My parents stayed at the deluxe room and they only had good things to say about the room. We told the staff we were celebrating my dad’s belated birthday and they provided macarons in our room before our arrival All the staff we met were very friendly and always eager to help. Special mention to Sony, who I believe is in charge of receiving hotel guests at the drop off area, he always greet us with a smile and is always eager to help whenever possible. Greatly recommend

Location is beyond 5-stars with doorstep access to amenities. However, not a 5-star hotel for the following reasons: 1. Knocking and drilling during the day, for two days, without prior notice nor efforts to muffle the noise. 2. Stale tobacco smoke smell along corridor which sips into the room. 3. Bitten by bugs on neck, arms and legs. 4. Housekeeping standards were inconsistent, missing standard items on different days. Had to call housekeeping for them.

Parklane hotel's location is excellent at the causeway bay area. The rooms are quite standard (not big) but is ok by HK standard. The check in and check out standard is excellent. The welcome by the team of Indian door men were excellent, upholding the highest level of standards Breakfast was great and the executive lounge team was truly exceptional (unfortunately I can't remember the captain's name and the girl serving me). The concierge was also excellent (Raymond and Kenji) they advised me for the logistics to macau and kept our luggage for us when we were away for the day trip. An excellent stay!

I booked this hotel for day use for a business trip. Superb hotel with great room and very efficient staff. The bellhops are very courteous, helpful, and friendly. Bus stop is 150m from hotel, and A11 bus takes you straight to airport. Location is very nice and you get taxis very easily.

I stayed 9 nights and this place felt like a home away from home. Fantastic location in a vibrant area with shops and places to eat, very close to Causeway Bay MTR and other public transport, within close proximity to the harbour foreshore and directly opposite Victoria Park, a rarity to have such an expanse of greenery and open space in the heart of HK. The superior rooms are OK - they are a bit dated in decor, furniture and bathroom fittings. I moved to a premium Pullman room which was much nicer and for me worth the money. Try to get a room facing the park - the view is fantastic. The breakfast buffet at Playt was pretty good - a decent selection of food although was not remarkable for me as a vegan where the options were much more limited although it did help to ask the cooks who could make something up for me. What really made the experience special and memorable was the Executive Lounge - a beautifully designed space with harbour views and impeccable, personable service from a fantastic team (Sandy, Kitty, Forance, June, Neo, Michelle, Julia, Julius, Jack, Joey, Samson, Chloe, Grace and Chan). They were only too willing to assist with any request and really looked after me and my mum, including making sure there were special vegan options for me. Thank you.
