Absolute dive no hot water during the night or in the morning night manager said it was his first day on the job called police when we asked for a beer not friendly at all and not trained at all ibis need to do better won't be back

My stay at the hotel was only for one night, but the quality of the hotel exceeded my expectations as I was leaving a hotel ranked higher in the All Accor group of hotel, but this lovely hotel in Rastatt, made me wish I had stayed here longer!

New but very bad service

I stay last night in this hotel . Check in at night is not good at all (long time to wait , key not working , room without bed linen and towels …) Another thing that is not acceptable is the fact that on Accor site they put cost of garage 17€ and cost on invoice is 19€ No considerations for frequent Accor membership . To tell everything , the hotel is very clean and very quiet , and the price was also good . It is a shame that service is not good and that they are not honest on written prices 😡

Standard IBIS hotel, nothing special. Good service can be considered a plus, but a big minus is the practically non-functional hotel Internet. If you plan to do anything on your computer or phone using the hotel WiFi network, forget it. There is no option. The bandwidth is cut to 15Mbps and the hotel management does not intend to do anything about it. Web pages do not open, e-mail does not work at all. Do you need working WiFi with Internet access? You have to find another hotel.

Easy to find with plenty of parking - public parking free on Saturday evenings and Sundays. Friendly and helpful receptionist at Check-in. Room 101 is on first floor and is a corner room with views over park on front and road beside. Clean and comfortable, equipped with a safe. no tea or coffee but this is complimentary down in loppy area. Large and fresh bathroom with walk in shower. Good quality breakfast with gluten-free bread on request. Have stayed here before and will definitely be staying here again
