We are glad that you were satisfied with the location of our hotel. It is centrally located and yet easy to reach by car as well as by public transportation. The city center can be reached quickly on foot. Since you had booked two rooms and paid for only one of them upon arrival, we had to contact you by phone after your departure to clarify how to proceed. You told us at check-in as well as at check-out that you would only use one of the two rooms you had officially booked. Unfortunately, this was not the case. In both rooms the bed and the shower were used. If this had not been the case, we would have accommodated you. However, we abide by the rules and had to charge for the second room because it was used. You are welcome to cancel the second room next time (please pay attention to the cancellation conditions). You also requested that the two rooms you booked be next to each other if possible. We fulfilled your request to make your stay more pleasant. We are sorry that the whole thing did not go as you had planned. We would like to welcome you again and hope that you will be satisfied next time. Our rooms are furnished in such a way that each guest can arrange his or her room individually. Perhaps the family room is more to your liking in terms of size or the next higher category.
