ibis Irapuato 3 ดาว

Ibis Irapuato is by far the worst experience I had in the more of 25 years as guest because of the staff. An associate called Dennys never replies emails, ignore requests, and should never be part of the Accor Team. The buildings is new, but managed by the worst employees I have the dishonor to meet. If you want to go to Irapuato, stay at Best Western.

i have been a guest several times on this hotel and my last stay was an bad experience, TV and internet didn't work during my stay. I asked to the lobby area and didnt give me feedback about it. so, i think if they have any issue it doesnt matter day (weekend or middle of the week) they should solve the issue

OTHER Make yourself at home in one of the 140 air-conditioned guestrooms. Complimentary wireless Internet access keeps you connected, and satellite programming is available for your entertainment. Bathrooms have showers and hair dryers. Conveniences include safes and desks, and housekeeping is provided daily.

We stayed at the Ibis hotel for two nights and were very impressed with the wonderful and helpful staff, clean rooms, and close proximity of bar & restaurant in hotel. The hotel is very close to town and has areas to meet with clients for meals or informal meetings. The staff is amazing and helped us out with printing, internet, and directions. The restaurant food is adequate, nothing special. The restaurant staff also went out of their way to accommodate us and provided extra services when asked. The bar is small, but has a big selection of Tequila, and adequate selection of other items. The rooms are very sparse, but do have hair dryers and were very clean and new. We loved the firm beds too. The free wifi worked well in all areas of the hotel and rooms. We will return soon and hopefully the small "restaurant row" attached to the hotel will have some restaurants that are open which will add to the hotel's amenities considerably. This hotel is about 1/2 hour from the Guanajato airport and they have shuttles that you can arrange by calling the hotel. There is no pool or hot tub.

I normally do not stay in Ibis hotels, but i need to agree this is above the normal ibis standard you will find in Mexico and Europe. Located in the north part of town, rooms are yet small but functional. The bed is very comfortable and rooms are quiet for a very good night sleep. The restaurant offer a very good breakfast menu, and also lunch and dinner on the menu. Wifi quality is superb, and I liked the design very much. I am sure I will stay there again on my next business trips.
