Ibis Irapuato is by far the worst experience I had in the more of 25 years as guest because of the staff. An associate called Dennys never replies emails, ignore requests, and should never be part of the Accor Team. The buildings is new, but managed by the worst employees I have the dishonor to meet. If you want to go to Irapuato, stay at Best Western.

Excelente hotel, con excelente trato del personal,una decoración super creativa que genera un ambiente moderno elegante y que además rompe con el paradigma preestablecido, excelente para los viajes de negocios ya sea con la empresa o en solitario, pero lo que más me gustó es su excelente higiene en todo el hotel, pues se siente y respira impecable.

Se anuncia como cama queen y son camas más pequeñas que una matrimonial. Según esto por ser un hotel “europeo”. Ofrecen desayuno pero es pésimo, deberían ofrecer algo de mayor calidad o de plano no incluirlo. Las instalaciones son buenas pero las habitaciones muy pequeñas.

i have been a guest several times on this hotel and my last stay was an bad experience, TV and internet didn't work during my stay. I asked to the lobby area and didnt give me feedback about it. so, i think if they have any issue it doesnt matter day (weekend or middle of the week) they should solve the issue
