Dieses Hotel ist für mich das beste Hotel indem ich in Bangkok bisher war. Es hat einen schönen Pool und eine tolle Rooftop Bar. Die Zimmer sind auch gut und das alles zu einem günstigen Preis. Der Staff ist ausgesprochen freundlich. Das wird mein Stammhotel in Bangkok.

El desayuno estupendo, en self service, no me gustó que piden depósito de mil BTS. Habitación limpia organizada y con buenas vistas.

駅に近く綺麗で広くて部屋は気に入りました。 残念な所はバスルームの仕切りが半分しかなくびしょ濡れになります。私物のヘア用品等の置き場もなく使い辛かったです。 ハンドソープ、コーヒー等補充されてなかった。

วันที่เข้าพัก 7 สิงหาคม เข้าพักช่วงบ่ายโมง ได้เจอพนักงานผู้ชาย อยู่เคาน์เตอร์ริมสุด ได้ทำการเชคอิน ผลปรากฎว่า ไม่ได้แจ้งสิทธิของ Platinum member (อาทิเช่น อาหารเช้า, ห้องอัพเกรด, Late checked out etc.) ไม่มีการ greeting ใดๆทั้งสิ้น (ในส่วนของห้องอัพเกรดคิดว่าได้นะคะ เป็นห้องมุม แต่แค่ไม่แจ้ง) พนักงานได้ขอข้อมูลบางอย่างในโทรศัพท์ ได้ทำการโชว์ข้อมูลนั้น เมื่อพนักงานท่านนั้นดู ได้แจ้งกับเราว่า “ใช้ iPhone ใช่ไหมคับ ยังไง airdrop มาที่ชื่อ….นะคับ” รู้สึกว่าไม่เคยเจออะไรแบบนี้ แค่คุณถ่ายรูปหรือบอกให้ส่งอีเมลเหมือนกับที่อื่นๆก็จบ…..แปลกดีค่ะ หรือจะเป็นนโยบายใหม่ก็ไม่รู้ได้ แต่ถ้าไม่ใช่ยังไงรบกวนพิจารณาพนักงานคนนี้ด้วยค่ะ ว่าควรทำงานบริการต่อไปหรือไม่ ในส่วนของห้องพัก สะอาด นอนสบาย อันนี้ขอชื่นชม ขอชื่นชมห้องอาหาร (Khun Ben) และพนักงานท่านอื่นๆ มีการบริการที่ดี ยิ้มแย้มแจ่มใส สามารถให้ข้อมูลครบถ้วน Benefit ต่างๆเกี่ยวกับอาหารและเครื่องดื่มให้ข้อมูลได้ดี ในส่วนอาหารเช้า คิดว่ามีอาหารค่อนข้างน้อย ไม่หลากหลาย ถ้ามีเพิ่มเติมกว่านี้อีกหน่อยจะดีมากขึ้น
