Awful hotel - hotel horrible

Awful hotel - avoid. Sofa bed, wifi doesn’t work, rude manager, grotty hotel. Do not stay here. Hôtel horrible - à éviter. Canapé-lit. gestionnaire impoli. moche. Ne restez pas ici ! Rooms are shabby and run down. Depressing place with poor ventilation and terrible customer service.

When we came for the breakfast, all tables were durty, not cleaned ans !!! the buffet was totally empty ! only 3 pieces of bread. The poor joung lady at the front desk was alone to repare the big mess for this very very poor breakfast Asa member Accor since a long time, it was just an unforgettable experience

The staff just opens the room, not safe for women specially

I am Staying here tonight (23rd July) as a part of star tours tour package. The staff just opens my door (while I was changing) and I freak out. Had the worst 2 seconds of my life. The door can be opened from outside. There is no safety lock inside. NOT SAFE FOR SOLO WOMEN PASSENGERS. The person who opened my door is Mathew. The wanted to change my room, but after a heavy day, checking out tomorrow morning, didn’t have the energy to do that. Unreliable and unsafe - AVOID

Old, dirty, smelly, poorly maintained. The hallway to the room on the ground floor was smelly and dirty. The carpet was soooo old with signs of leakage, dirt, and the ceilings too! We couldn’t believe that this is a Accor property! Obvious that this place is neglected by Accor. And the four star they claim on their website was a complete joke. We were aghast!

I booked the Ibis but due to some ‘technical problem’ they switched me to this hotel. Room is OK and clean. But size is a bit small. Breakfast variety is good and quality OK. Check-in is friendly and helped me to redeem Accor points.
