I was extremely disappointed with this stay. There is a lack of consideration for customers. 1. We arrived at 9pm and asked for a particular room bec we stayed there before. We were initially given that room but we're later told that the room was not available for the 2nd night because the owner would need that room on thar night. We were then given another junior suite. 2. The person who checked us in did not know the layouts of the junior suite when we asked if it was similar. 3. The JUNIOR SUITE, which we paid double for, did NOT even HAVE A VIEW. IT WAS JUST A HUGE WALL WHEN YOU OPENED THE CURTAIN! How does a hotel room not have a VIEW when it's supposed to be under Accor and it's a junior suite? 4. The mini bar was NOT Cold at all. I do not expect it to be as cold like a fridge. But I've been to countless hotels and a mini bar should not be like a tuppaware. 5. The soap and shampoo dispenser was rotting and when you pressed it, there were weird things coming out of it onto your hands because you had to press onto the rotting silver parts! And they expected us to use that on our face and body. 6. Every hotel I have even been to gives at least 2 room cards. This hotel refused and only gave 1. We had to keep asking them to follow us up to the room everytime we went out. They actually expect you to use only 1 card... So the room will be stale and warm when you return after a day out plus it takes a while for the room to cool down. 7. As acvor members who booked through accor, we are not guaranteed a late check out. We were told only platinum members could get a 2 or 3 pm check out. The latest we could get was at 1pm. 8. The reception called us at 1145 am to remind us of our check out time. Then they called again at 12.45 and again at 1. We have never felt so chased out of a hotel like this. I guess in the end we were glad to leave anyway. ACCOR should seriously consider if they want their brand being maligned like this. After 5 years... Definitely not coming back here.

Firstly when I came already can see the bad side of your hotel firstly as a guest there's no welcome drink and that's fine 2nd ly not even a greeting of Welcome or a welcome Smile oh my god ,do you guys from ibis knows the protocol and discipline if a hotel Spirit okok let's go on 1day I call as I use to book with Agoda and I can say that iam already been at ibis for quite some time so In a way I can call myself a regular but the worst part after I informed until today my last check out from the hotel and the website still down and I can't really extend my stay so I got to get out n booked other Hotel and do you think that's Appropriate as a Guest .It's like getting a Slap on my face I. A way GET OUT FROM MY HOTEL .PLEASE HIGHER MANAGEMENT AS I ALWAYS SAWA TALK GUYS CAME OUT ACTING LIKE A EXECUTIVE OR THE MANAGER I ALSO DONT KNOW BUT DO YOUR WERK PROPERLY DONT ACT LIKE YOURE IMPORTANT BUT ZERO KNOWLEDGE...YOUR WEBSITE IS ALREADY ERROR FOR MORE THAN 5DAYS WHAT HAVE YOU BEEN DOING AS A MANAGEMENT LEVEL .OMG WAKE UP IBIS HOTEL YOUR WEBSITE IS DOWN AND YOUR MARKETING GUYS ARE SLEEPING ,PLEASE WAKE UP WAKE UP IBIS .

Last month i pergi with family Ternyata hotelnya bukan di pusat kota, tapi untuk fasilitas oke punya awalnya kesulitan karna acces card cuma 1, but no problem la Pelayanan oke, staff ramah terutama receptionist cewe yang namanya nanda(?) cmiiw She help me a lot with her kindness, saya banyak tanya dia jawab sangat ramah, always smile Good job ibis and staff

Makanan nya ENAK, paling best soto Betawinya bikin susah move on. Tempatnya nyaman banget duduk ngobrol kelar buka puasa Ampe lupa waktu sih disini. Staf nya jg semuanya ramah dan helpfull.
