Very peaceful and stylish hotel in a fabulous location in Arles . The staff were excellent and everything was wonderful . The room we had was spacious and the staff sorted out a problem we had with our booking with Booking.com very fairly and swiftly . Pool a delight and breakfast amazing .

Cannot recommend this hotel- it is perhaps 3 stars

I travel very frequently and stay at a wide-range of hotels, including many 5 star hotels, which Hôtel & Spa Jules César Arles claims to be but surely is not. We were very disappointed with our deluxe room. It was small, cramped, and the window was minuscule. There were very limited toiletries (e.g., no hair conditioner) and the regrigerator did not work, no water. Management was not responsive. You can do much better elsewhere! Be aware!

Dear Sir, Madam, Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback after your stay at Jules Cesar hotel. To have 5 star in France, the average size of the rooms has to be 24m², our smallest Deluxe room is 28m². It is our pleasure to give hair conditioner on request for free. It is not a refregirator in our rooms but a minibar where you can find 2 free bottles of water and 2 free fruits juices. A charming hotel in a superb central location. Very comfortable and lovely staff. Breakfast was full and good quality. We especially appreciated the garden. Gym small but OK. Beds very comfortable. Put us in the right frame for our subsequent river boat cruise starting at the quay close to the hotel.

Lacroix suite was lovely - they are on lower level in a quiter scenic part of the hotel. Breakfast excellent. Staff excellent. Restaurant very good. Location excellent. A lovely stay. Good valet parking and help with luggage. Lift for diasbled guests to leave hotel failed to work repeatedly - installing a ramp to access hotel would be good. Lovely time, would stay again. A good 5 star hotel.

We had a very enjoyable stay with two children in a junior suite. This is a very nice room with a comfortable bathroom. Service was excellent, everybody was friendly and english speaking. They can charge your electric car if you park it with them (23eur a day; public parking next door 20eur a day I believe). Easily reached, great location to visit this very nice town (across the road). Good breakfast (children free of charge). Would not hesitate to go back.
