Very disappointing because the condition of the room and bedding

We sincerely apologize for the shortcomings you experienced, particularly regarding the condition of your room, cleanliness, and breakfast offerings. This is certainly not the level of service we strive to provide, and we deeply regret that we fell short of your expectations. Your comments about the maintenance, housekeeping standards, and bedding conditions have been taken very seriously. We are addressing these issues immediately with our housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure proper inspections and corrective measures are in place. Additionally, we will review our breakfast variety to better cater to all guest preferences. On a positive note, we’re glad you enjoyed our Club Lounge, gym facilities, and swimming pool, as well as the service from our lounge staff. However, we regret that your interaction with the reception desk did not meet our usual standards. Your feedback has been shared with the team for further training and improvement.
