Great Service, Room Cleanliness Could Improve

I had a good stay at Pullman Miri Waterfront. Upon arrival, Bellman Raymond was welcoming and helpful. Check-in was smooth with Mary and Balqis. The first room was not clean, but Jean promptly arranged a room upgrade, which I appreciated. Bellmen Canninius and Max were also very helpful. Service was excellent as always, though room cleanliness could be improved as the floor was dusty and a few areas were not properly cleaned. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Wonderful place to relax, unwind and enjoy a peaceful stay.

Review for Pullman Hotel Stay (3rd to 6th December 2025) We have stayed at Pullman Hotel countless times I cant even remember how many visits my wife and I have made. The hotel has always been amazing. Our kids love the swimming pool and it is truly a wonderful place to relax, unwind and enjoy a peaceful stay. However, during this visit, there was one issue. At our first check in, the baby cot we requested was not delivered as promised. We stayed for 3 nights, yet the baby cot never arrived. I would like to extend my appreciation to Izzad and Max for helping us carry our luggage to the lobby. Thank you for being such kind and amazing people. Until next time, Pullman Hotel Miri!

Service has deteriorated

I am a regular customer at Pullman Miri Waterfront. The service has deteriorated. I requested for housekeeping since 12 noon. Waited for 2 and a half hours and still no sign of cleaning the room. I noticed when I entered my room, the room opposite had empty plates outside. That was yesterday afternoon. I saw some hotel staff along the corridor but none bothered to clear the empty room service plates. What has become of Pullman Miri hotel?

Excellent location with very attentive staff. We were fortunate to have a seaview suite which had stunning views even from the large bathtub. Executive lounge is spacious with a large selection of food for breakfast and evening canapés including Malaysian and Western dishes. The hot dishes provided each evening were the most generous we’ve experienced at Club Millésime and Executive Lounges and were actual meals rather than canapés. I especially enjoyed the Long Island Iced Tea cocktails. Staff were always attentive and helpful. The hotel is ideally located and the garage on a quiet laneway was safe to enter and exit from. 5 nights was not enough to explore the picturesque National Parks and nearby cultural sites. We will definitely return.

Stayed here for 3D2N. Had breakfast at the executive lounge. To our horror, the laksa sarawak broth was served at room temperature. And the chicken charsiew on mee kolok is ice cold (just took out from fridge). This kind of standard is totally unacceptable anywhere. For a so called EXECUTIVE lounge, this is really the worst and sub par food i ever had. The chef should be run off. What I got is just an apology for getting such horrible food and service. Never change this hotel. Forever is sub par!
