Overall service, location and attentiveness were good. However, the air conditioning in the room needs improvement as it was not able to cool down to a comfortable temperature

-Location was good near to the waterfront -Good view especially from the lounge -Room was spacious -Free parking provided Cons Front counter: unfriendly -Double standard is real here especially inside lounge. Foreigners are being treated more attentively and warmth compared to us especially inside lounge level 24 (Honestly, lounge in Kuching Waterfront hotel did better in term of customer service). Even nobody attended us to take full order etc during breakfast and come to ask anything during evening session. But better treatment for those foreigner in which they keep ilon coming to their table for service and some talk. Anyway hope can improve.

Pullman Miri is my first choice for my trip to Miri. From my latest stay, I noticed some difference on staff service. On my personal encounter with staff at lobby: Staff are very friendly and approachable. I can feel the warmth as though I have stay there for days. Good job, Pullman staff.
