Firstly the entrance is hard to find because of the B-double trailers parked in front. I was under the impression that this is a new Mercure property and it definitely is not. The buildings are spread out, old and partially refurbished but many of the electrical fittings are yellow and old as is the two leaf toilet paper dispenser. There was a table and two chairs but no power point nearby. The fitting for the handheld shower was stuck and not adjustable and the shower floor slippery and dangerous. At least there was water in recyclable PET bottles. The staff were excellent as was the restaurant. I am surprised that Mercure accept this property in their range.

Room would be great for families and close to fast food outlets. Short drive into town as it is located at the Big Ram. Hotel restaurant was open for dinner which was very nice and very busy (1 hr wait for order). Breakfast was available but was cold when it should have been hot, bit disappointing. Toilet paper was substandard. Parking outside room. Did not recognize my Accor membership or status.

A lovely hotel , well located for travellers as it’s close to freeway. Only recommend management review the toilet tissues provided. Unlike other Mercure this one had the horrible single pile two sheets toilet paper. Hardly suitable!! Had stayed in other Mercure they are equipped with normal three piled tissue paper. For price of room, what’s supplied needs review

Had a lovely weekend stay at Mercure Goulburn. Whilst not in town centre, it was only a few minutes away. Staff were attentive, the dining was wonderful. Would stay again.
