The motel room was large and the bathroom was spacious. The staff were very welcoming and obviously enjoy working there. The bar and restaurant had a very warm and inviting ambience. This motel is just off the Hume highway and close to a great bakery.

The hotel is located close to the M31 and servos. Lots of options on the main road for food. However, when we visited the restaurant was closed. The rooms are large, however the bathroom seemed to be mis-aligned and flooded a few times. Overall, acceptable. The beds are extremely soft and uncomfortable. Overall - this is a motel type accomodation, Would be good to have a microwave in the rooms.

We had dinner at Mercure restaurant EDGE last night. What a disappointment We had a mixed dip shared entree bread over baked and hard the three dips were OK. The mains another story altogether we waited 50mins for our food and it was very disappointing my husband had the lamb rack which wasn’t a lamb rack but 2 tiny lamb cutlets that were COLD and covered in inedible green minty substance served with pomme potatoes and nothing else@ $46 and I had the Barramundi served with 2 prawns,sautéed tomatoes and pomme. Potatoes The flavour were good but the Barramundi was dry and overcooked not moist and flavoursome and the skin which is supposed to be crispy was hard as a rock and not pleasant at all. OVERALL NOT AS GOOD AS THE LOCAL PUB AND A LOT DEARER. Would I recommend the Mercure Goulburn EDGE restaurant definitely NOT

Seamless check-in and parking directly outside room (which was lucky since it was a very cold rainy day!) Spacious modern room with comfortable bed. Room was very clean. I ordered room service from the motel restaurant which was delivered promptly. I also had the continental breakfast in the morning which was very nice. Staff and check-in were very efficient and friendly. No complaints whatsoever, hope to stay again on the next trip.
