I had an amazing at this hotel The Roms are very clean with confortable beds I really enjoyed my stay The stuffs was really nice expecially Maureen Anilson Axel Alfa and Woeser Breakfast was really delicious i loved it I highly recommande

My stay at the hotel during the match was nothing short of amazing, and what impressed me even more was that the level of service didn’t fade once the match was over. The hospitality remained just as warm, attentive, and seamless all the way through checkout. It truly felt like the team cared about every moment of my visit. Huge appreciation to Woeser for making sure everything was perfect from start to finish. Her effort and kindness made my stay exceptional right up to the very last minute. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

Left without a room with a child in the weekend of a mayor sportsevent

We booked this hotel half a year in advance since we normally struggle to get this hotel during a Rugby match in Stade de France. Our plans changed and we were going to arrive a day late. We didn't want to miss our booking, so we notified the hotel and even said we don't mind paying for the night we are not using. Hotel confirmed that was not a problem. They would keep the room for us. Just to find out when we got there that they gave the room away. So there you are with a child, having to walk 20 minutes to another hotel they said they arranged, only to find out that there was nothing arranged either. An absolute disgrace.

The only fault I could find with the hotel was that they are missing a resteraunt for an evening meal. I was only there for 3 nights, I found mcdonalds, KFC & a burger bar but if you don't want fast food then I think your stuck. This was the only fault I could find.
