Novotel Paris Saint Denis Stade Basilique 4 gwiazdki

Hotel znajduje się w bardzo bliskiej odległości od Stade France. Okolica hotelu jest dość brudna. Hotel znajduje się bezpośrednio przy stacji metra. Pokoje był czysty, zadbany i wygodny. Restauracja - miła obsługa i czysto. Śniadania to najsłabszy punkt hotelu - praktycznie nie było co jeść. Podczas 3 dniowego pobytu raz zostaliśmy poproszenie o wyjście 30 minut przed planowym zakończeniem śniadania. Restauracja dedykowana do śniadań - niezbyt czysta.

i am currently staying at this hotel and have been for the past 3 nights. comparing it to the hotels of the same type in england, this has been horrible. out of all the staff that i have met, there were only 3 that have been friendly, kind and had a little converstation with us. the rest of them have been rude, unhelpful, very unfriendly and inconsistent with almost everything they have said. every night i have come down and sat in the area by the reception and had a drink, watched something, had a chat with the night staff on reception. it was really nice. tonight the two staff members are not here and the member of staff has been so rude, unkind, stared and given me and my son dirty looks and finally came over and informed me that we have to leave the area. when i asked why he said that this is the 'rule'. when i told him that this is the first i have been told about this and we had been down here every night, he basically told me i was wrong and that was the way it was. on our last night here, after very busy days, i am really gutted that tonight is yet another unpleasant experience in the place we should be made to feel welcome and comfortable. our first night here was even worse - i was not expecting the unkindness that i have received over and over in paris - certainly not from the hotel that we are staying in and paying a fair amount for. but i was reduced to tears from a number of the staff there who were just unnecessarily unkind. the situation of the hotel is perfect for the metro - as has been said already - but at night it is horrible. outside our window was constant noise - trams, buses, cars. police sirens as well as people shouting constant until the early hours of the morning - every night. it didn't go quiet until 4am. as our room was INACCURATELY described as having air conditioning it was boiling all the time, so we had to have the window open all the time. this ended up with way too much noise, and at times being quite frightening. we were really looking forwards to this trip to paris, and as a single mum with three children, i am used to having at least a bit of friendliness from the hotel that we stay in. this was such a shame and i do not recommend it unless you literally need somewhere to sleep and a metro station to get on. good luck!!

i was stay for the exhibition during a 5 days. and staff are kind. and just 1 mins to go subway. But very far from center. So if you have a business trip for the exhibition, its ok. and night time is dangerus for tourist

First I will start with the only negative I found: check-in wasn't fast. Only two staff dealing with a big queue waiting to check in. I haven't booked breakfast so I won't be able o review the breakfast. I won't be able to comment on the price as my company paid . I was in business visit . Location: the hotel locates just in front of the metro station. That's a big positive. There is nice bakery next to the hotel plus few restaurants The room: good size. There is a fridge, safe and decent-speed WiFi. Bed: conformable Toilet and shower: clean. The shower is amazing I recommend this hotel

The zone is not particularly comfortable, however it is in front of the Metro, therefore, you will reach any part of Paris. The rooms are well clean. I personally cannot bear the choose to divide the toilet from the room with a glass. When during the night someone of my children used the toilet, the other were disturbed by the light. The breackfast is absolutely sufficient and personal very polite and ready. Well done!
