Had a great lunch at Novotel Basilique and a big thank you to Woser at reception for being so warm and welcoming! Even though I was just there for a meal, the hotel looked great, and with its location near Stade de France, I’d love to stay sometime—especially when I’m back for the Stray Kids concert in July! Thanks again, Woser, for making my visit even better!

DO NOT BOOK ROOM 219!

Revolving door glass broken, DO NOT BOOK ROOM 219, A/C IS NOT WORKING, so you must leave the window open. This location is very busy with traffic, police sirens, metro entrance is beside hotel entrance, so lot of people coming in and out, yelling, people hanging out at the hotel entrance. I did not sleep well in the whole stay. Hotel fully booked so I did not get a different room with working a/c. We BOOKED for a transport from the hotel to the airport the night before. NOBODY SHOWED UP ON TIME, hotel employees try 3 different companies. 1 hour later we got transport.

72 euro was taken out my account with out my authorisation. Saying we had breakfast when we never did . I have tried to get my money back and no luck .this is stealing I am so upset i do recommend anyone to book this hotel it's terrible until now I haven't received my money back.

Horrible choice

This hotel was chosen as accommodations during the Olympics, and it was atrocious. During the hottest time of the year, the air conditioning never worked. Opening the window resulted in loud, non-stop noise from traffic, passing trains, and police whistles from officers directing traffic. The noise could still be heard with the windows closed, forcing a white noise generator to be implemented. The bed was uncomfortable. The towels were paper thin. The shampoo and shower gel were watered down. There are no USB ports anywhere. INo service was offered to make repairs. The revolving door out front was broken and never fixed. The restaurant in the hotel doesn’t know how to cook scrambled eggs and the bacon was barely cooked at all. The only good thing was there is a Metro station literally steps from the front door, so you can escape quickly and go elsewhere. My recommendation: don’t stay here unless you enjoy sleeping in stifling hot rooms with no ventilation.

Despite sending multiple emails, I have not received any response or acknowledgement. Furthermore, I have tried to contact the hotel several times to speak with ACHEAMPONG Patricia, but she is never available to take calls. When I do get through to the hotel, the staff rarely answer the phone properly, and I am often left waiting or disconnected. This lack of communication, unavailability, and poor phone etiquette is causing significant inconvenience and delaying our booking process. I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter and ensure that: - Your team responds promptly to emails - Staff members are available to take calls or return messages - Phone calls are answered professionally and promptly Alternatively, please provide me with an alternative contact person or email address where I can get a response.
