Bardzo mila obsługa. Szczególne uznanie dla Pani Lui z recepcji! Bardzo uczynna i skutecznie działające obsługa hotelu. Smaczne jedzenie w restauracji, choć śniadania mogłyby być bardziej urozmaicone - brakowało mi warzyw.

Avoid this place. The entrance is like a prison. With security gates. If you’re a smoker, you have to keep moving out the way of other guests coming and going, because the walkway is so narrow. And the outdoor ashtray was always full. The area is awful. Which is probably why they have to buzz you in at night. The housekeeping is poor. I found hairs all over the bathroom, dust in the extractor and all over the room. Burns in the carpet. The mattress protector was 6 inches down from the top of the bed. No safe, refrigerator or kettle in the room. Bedroom door difficult to shut properly. Breakfast wasn’t great. First day, the only cooked food was some very unappealing sausages and boiled eggs. Doesn’t deserve its 3 stars and not worth more than £50 per night. I paid more than twice that. There isn’t even anywhere sensible for a taxi to drop you off or pick you up. Pay no attention to the happy looking pictures. This place is a miserable dump.

The hotel and room is basic but clean.No safe or fridge in room and breakfast is average with boiled eggs being the only hot food from the adjacent cafe.However , the problems start when you set foot outside for the Stade de France or plan to travel into Paris.This was the most lawless, crime ridden out of control area I have ever stayed in. Street robberies and cars parked in the hotel car park broken into in addition to police sirens all night long. If you are visiting the Stade de France be very careful on your 5 MINUTE WALK as local youths are waiting around to rob visitors

As the last review states we also stayed here a few nights to attend the rugby. One guy was both the barman and the receptionist and he just could not cope, he was very flustered. It just needed one more person to help out at this busy time as the hotel was full. Being as it is on the outskirts of Paris there are very few places locally to go to so the customers are bound to want food an drink on the premises. Having one person to do both was idiotic. They had no beer at all when we asked so had to have a glass of wine instead. Maybe note on match days that people like to drink beer. The restaurant was not good so I will review separately as it is part of a chain. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable but wayyyyyyy too hot. The next day at breakfast loads of people were complaining of being too hot, clearly the air con system just doesn’t work as worried many times with our thermostat. Breakfast was actually really nice with a nice selection and has boosted the score from being quite poor. Please put some bread cloths out to hold bread when slicing as I don’t like to see people holding on to the Bread.
