There's nae luxury or glamour at Ibis Styles George Square, that's quite right. Friendly, clean and a decent breakfast with plenty of shopping and fantastic restaurants on your doorstep - and work, for the days when it can't be avoided :-) Thanks for visiting and we hope we'll see you again when you're next in town.

Shower nightmare!

Hi there, thank you for the feedback on your recent stay with us. Of course we do apologise for the inconvenience caused. As explained our showers do have a double twist mechanism. Many people only turn this once, which can cause low/slow pressure. We do ask this to ensure this was not the case. Once informed that you believed you had used the full power, we did explain that we would check the shower in your room whilst you were having breakfast. When the Duty Manager returned you had unfortunately already left. We found the shower to be in perfect working order, both temperature and pressure. No request for any follow up communication was made and you did not return to Reception for the outcome which on this occasion would not qualify for a refund.
