Thanks for staying with us and leaving a review. We're sorry you found our bedding not to your choice, the mattresses are firm by design and whilst preferred by many are not the choice of all. Give our Ibis in Waterloo Street a chance next time you're in town if you feel this one is not for you, but we do hope you'll come back either way.
