Brilliant short stay in this hotel. A nice welcome at reception. Nice clean hotel, very cool decor. The room we had was all we needed for our stay. Everything was perfect. Again the decor in the room was spot on! No outside noise with it being very central. A 2 minute walk to the shops. Would not hesitate to return. Definitely recommend for a short stay

Best location, clean and espetacular room for visit Glasgow. Nice and prepared front office team. Economic hotel for those who want to stay in a safe place close to many services walking distance, market, banks and touristic attractions.

Great hotel,rooms are small although clean and well appointed. We were given a high floor room which had a lovely view over the city. Great location for queen street train station. Complimentary drinks voucher left in the room as we were celebrating our anniversary, along with two cans of uron bru and two tunnicks tea cakes. Staff were friendly and helpful. They stored our luggage the baxt day until we returned from a train journey. Parking was just around the corner in an ncp parking, and the hotel give you a voucher which this gives you a reduced parking rate. Will definitely use this hotel when visiting Glasgow.

The rooms are lovely, shower is really nice. Would avoid the restaurant if I returned.

Room was spotless and had a cool style, shower was really nice. Bed was comfy. However, no phone in the room. I’ve stayed in multiple ibis’, this one was no different room wise, however.. Avoid the restaurant, this really let the hotel down. We ordered 2x pizzas and tried to customise to be told they’re pre-made. Fine with that, however when it came I was 99% sure it was a frozen Chicago town deep dish (I pretty much lived off these at one point, so I’m well experienced in this area), priced around £13.95. I wouldn’t have minded if the pizza was around £7/8, as you can buy them for around £4.50 individually and understand they’d need turn over. They also have some notices written in a Scottish accent, which I thought may be a little inconvenient if you don’t speak much English. Apart from that, the staff were friendly, served us promptly and helped give us directions/advice where needed. Couple scuffs and marks on the walls in the room, but nothing that couldn’t be painted over. Would return but would only pop into the restaurant for a pint, nothing more.

Well appointed and stylish hotel in the heart of Glasgow. Great design ideas in the room and around the hotel. Bathroom particularly excellent. The room is small but adequate for our purposes. At £61 for the night this was real VFM and way better than any other hotel we stayed in during our trip around Scotland and its islands.
