However, after carefully checking our records, we believe there may have been a mix-up regarding the property. Our hotel does not have a room or suite numbered 424. According to our records, your stay at Mercure Bucharest City Center was in a Superior Classic room located on the 6th floor. We have therefore been unable to identify the room or the situation described in your review in connection with our property. We fully appreciate that you stayed at several hotels during your trip through Romania, as mentioned in your review, and we kindly ask you to check whether this particular experience may have occurred at another property.
